Trust Cottage sleeps 6 (8 if you include the sofa bed) with one double room and a second bedrom with twin bunkbeds.

Also on the first floor is a modern shower room and toilet.

On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen and utility rooms.

The living room has a woodburner, digital TV plus Wi and DVD. Tthere is also a good quality sprung  double sofa bed in addition to another sofa.

The large dining room has a table for 6 plus extra chairs if needed and pew, adjacent is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob,etc

The rear utility room has an area for the storage of watersports equipment, walking gear etc and clothes drying Also fitted is a washing machine.

Oil fired central heating is fiitted throughout provided by a modern combi boiler which also heats the water.

To the rear is a semi enclosed garden with decking, the front garden also has a picnic bench and there is parking for a least two cars.
